END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding arrangement between you ("User" or "You") and DENIZCOM LTD ("Company," "We," or "Us"), a company registered in England and Wales. By downloading, installing, accessing, or otherwise using the application ("App"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms set out in this Agreement.

1. Grant of License and Usage Restrictions

1.1 In accordance with the terms of this Agreement, we provide you with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the App strictly for your own personal and non-commercial purposes.

1.2 Under this license, you are prohibited from:

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract the source code of the App by any means;
• Copying, modifying, distributing, or publicly displaying the App or any portion of its content without obtaining our prior written permission;
• Selling, renting, sublicensing, or otherwise transferring your right to use the App to any third party;
• Using the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or compromise the App's functionality;
• Using the App to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or that violates the rights of any third party;
• Uploading images of other individuals without their explicit consent;
• Using the App to create misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content (including deepfakes or impersonation of real individuals);
• Using the App in any way that infringes upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any person or entity.

1.3 Nothing in this Agreement grants you any ownership rights, title, or proprietary interest in the App, its content, intellectual property, or related documentation.

2. Intellectual Property and Ownership

2.1 The App — including its features, functionality, visual design, and all associated content — is and remains the exclusive property of DENIZCOM LTD. All rights, title, and interest in and to the App are reserved by the Company and protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property legislation.

2.2 You acknowledge and agree that this Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted under this Agreement remain with the Company.

2.3 Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or exploitation of the App's content or features is strictly forbidden and may give rise to legal proceedings.
